-Alterations cannot be made to the given choices, however we can adjust sizing
-If portrait includes children, please state ages for better sizing
-Final downlaods can be printed at home (we recommend on thick cardstock) or your favorite local printer such as Fedex, Walgreens, Walmart, etc..
-Alterations after design approval are subject to additional fees

Monday-Friday : 9AM-3PM EST
I will respond to messages/questions during regular business hours, and will always reply by the next business day. All communications are sent via Etsy messages. Emails and Social Media messages may not be answered.
Please note you may hear from me sporadically outside of those times, especially during the editing process of our portraits.
I BOUGHT A PHYSICAL ITEM, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Each item has a unique turnaround time, so please check the description for that item for a more accurate estimate. Your item will ship on or before the SHIP BY date quoted at checkout. In the rare circumstance that there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you before your ship date by email. Transit times can vary, but we do provide tracking with every order for you to monitor the progress!
Please be aware this is for physical items only. We sell several digital items as well that will be sent via Etsy shortly after your preview has been approved!
