*Purchase is an 8x10" JPEG download (please state at checkout if alternate size is needed)
*Alterations cannot be made to choices given (except sizing of people and pets)
*For portraits including children, please state ages for better sizing accuracy
*Can be sent to your local printing company (Fedex, CVS, Walgreens, etc...)
*Can print at home! We recommend printing on thick cardstock for best results

WHAT ARE YOUR SHOP HOURS?
Monday-Friday : 9AM-3PM EST
I will respond to messages/questions during regular business hours, and will always reply by the next business day. All communications are sent via Etsy messages. Emails and Social Media messages may not be answered.
Please note you may hear from me sporadically outside of those times, especially during the editing process of our portraits.
I BOUGHT A PHYSICAL ITEM, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Each item has a unique turnaround time, so please check the description for that item for a more accurate estimate. Your item will ship on or before the SHIP BY date quoted at checkout. In the rare circumstance that there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you before your ship date by email. Transit times can vary, but we do provide tracking with every order for you to monitor the progress!
Please be aware this is for physical items only. We sell several digital items as well that will be sent via Etsy shortly after your preview has been approved!

The personalization choices can be found on the photos within the listing. Once chosen, you can fill out the corresponding numbers in the box at checkout or in Etsy messages, whichever is easiest for you.
