HOW IT WORKS:
After payment confirmation, your files become available for download at www.etsy.com/your/purchases, and Etsy will email you a download link.
If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email with download links. If it's not in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.
Note: The Etsy app does NOT support file downloads. Use your device’s browser or a computer, but avoid using the Etsy app for downloads.
To access your files after payment:
- Click on “You” (upper right-hand corner of the Etsy website)
- Select “Purchases and reviews”
- Click “Download Files”
HOW AND WHERE TO PRINT:
Print from your home printer, visit a local print shop, or use online services like FedEx, UPS, Staples, Office Max, or digital print websites such as Shutterfly.
For home printing, heavyweight matte paper or card stock is recommended for optimal results. You may need to trim the print to fit. For a clean cut, use a straight edge paper trimmer. Set your printer to “100%” or “Actual Size” (not “To Fit”). However, professional printing is highly recommended for the best quality.

I BOUGHT A PHYSICAL ITEM, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Each item has a unique turnaround time, so please check the description for that item for a more accurate estimate. Your item will ship on or before the SHIP BY date quoted at checkout. In the rare circumstance that there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you before your ship date by email. Transit times can vary, but we do provide tracking with every order for you to monitor the progress!
Please be aware this is for physical items only. We sell several digital items as well that will be sent via Etsy shortly after your preview has been approved!
